Training Materials
Training Materials are the specialist's knowledge base -- structured entries that inform how they work.
Viewing Training Materials
- Go to Team Directory and click Training Materials on a specialist
- You'll see all entries organized by category
Categories
| Category | Purpose |

| Learnings | Things the specialist has learned from interactions |
| Domain | Industry or domain-specific knowledge |
| Org-Structure | Company structure and team information |
| Communications | Communication preferences and templates |
| Examples | Example responses and work samples |
| Corrections | Rules and corrections from teaching sessions |
| Skills | Specific skills and tool-usage patterns |
Managing Entries
Each entry shows:
- Title and category badge (e.g., Skills, Domain, Corrections)
- Created date
- View, Edit, and Remove actions
When you click View, you'll see the full content of the knowledge entry -- just the useful information like workflow steps, triggers, and procedures.
Actions
