Registering a Company

Companies are the top-level container in LeanCore. Each company gets its own isolated workspace with its own specialists, systems, and data.

Create a New Company

1. Navigate to Companies in the sidebar
2. Click Register Company (top right)
3. Enter the company name in the modal
4. Click Register

The new company appears in the table with status "Active".

Sync System Access

For each company, you can click Sync System Access to synchronise all connected system tools to the database and vector store. This ensures specialists can discover and use all available tools.

Important

Always run Sync System Access after connecting new systems to a company. Without syncing, specialists won't be able to discover or use the newly connected tools.
