Contact Directory
The Contact Directory manages people associated with your company.
Viewing Contacts
- Navigate to Contact Directory in the sidebar
- Select a company from the dropdown
- Use the Search bar to find contacts by name
Contact Information
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Full Name | The person's name |
| Their email address | |
| Phone | Phone number |
| Role | Their role in the organisation |
| Department | Which department they belong to |
| Whether WhatsApp messaging is enabled (Yes/No badge) | |
| Actions | Edit or Archive the contact |
Adding Contacts
Click Add Contact to add a new person to the directory.
How Specialists Use Contacts
Contacts in the directory can be referenced by specialists when they need to communicate with or look up information about people in your organisation. This gives your AI team awareness of your real team structure.
