Team Management
Manage your human team members alongside your AI specialists.
Your Team Page
Navigate to Your Team in the sidebar to see all team members. The table shows:

| Name | Team member's full name |
| Email address | |
| Role | Their role in the organization |
| Status | Active or invited |
| Joined | When they joined |
| Actions | Change role or remove |
Inviting Team Members
- Click Add Team Member
- Fill in: Name, Email, and select a Role
- Click Send Invite
- A unique invite URL is generated that you can copy and share
User Roles
| Role | Color Badge | Permissions |
|---|---|---|
| Owner | Purple | Full access including billing and org settings |
| Admin | Blue | Manage users, specialists, systems, and settings |
| Manager | Amber | Manage specialists and view reports |
| Viewer | Slate | Read-only access to dashboards and reports |
Changing Roles
- Click Change Role for a team member
- Select the new role from the radio buttons
- Click Save
Removing Team Members
- Click Remove on a team member row
- Confirm the removal in the dialog
- The user immediately loses access
