Tasks & Projects

Tasks & Projects let you manage work items and track progress across your organization.

Getting Started

  1. Navigate to Tasks & Projects in the sidebar
  2. Select a Company from the dropdown

Creating a Project

  1. Click Create Your First Project (or the "+" button if projects exist)
  2. Enter a Name and Description
  3. Click Create Project

The project is created and selected in the project dropdown.

Managing Tasks

Creating a Task

  1. Select a project from the dropdown
  2. Click Create First Task (or "+" if tasks exist)
  3. Fill in:
    • Title -- what needs to be done
    • Description -- details and context
    • Assign To -- select a specialist from the dropdown
    • Due Date -- when it should be completed
  4. Click Create Task

Task Table

The task table shows:

Assigned ToSpecialist name (resolved from ID)
Due DateWhen the task is due
CreatedWhen the task was created

Task Statuses

StatusMeaning
OpenTask created, not yet started
In ProgressWork is underway
CompletedTask finished

Editing Tasks

  1. Click Edit on a task row
  2. Modify any field including status
  3. Click Save Changes
