Tasks & Projects
Tasks & Projects let you manage work items and track progress across your organization.
Getting Started
- Navigate to Tasks & Projects in the sidebar
- Select a Company from the dropdown
Creating a Project
- Click Create Your First Project (or the "+" button if projects exist)
- Enter a Name and Description
- Click Create Project
The project is created and selected in the project dropdown.
Managing Tasks
Creating a Task
- Select a project from the dropdown
- Click Create First Task (or "+" if tasks exist)
- Fill in:
- Title -- what needs to be done
- Description -- details and context
- Assign To -- select a specialist from the dropdown
- Due Date -- when it should be completed
- Click Create Task
Task Table
The task table shows:
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Title | Task name with description preview |
| Status | Badge showing current status |
| Assigned To | Specialist name (resolved from ID) |
| Due Date | When the task is due |
| Created | When the task was created |
Task Statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Open | Task created, not yet started |
| In Progress | Work is underway |
| Completed | Task finished |
Editing Tasks
- Click Edit on a task row
- Modify any field including status
- Click Save Changes
