Hiring Specialists
Specialists are your AI team members. Each one has a name, department, role description, and can be connected to specific systems.
Create a New Specialist
- Navigate to Team Directory in the sidebar
- Select the company from the dropdown
- Click Hire Specialist
- Fill in the wizard:
- Name -- e.g., "Customer Support Lead"
- Department -- e.g., "Customer Service"
- Role Description -- describe what they do in natural language
- AI Draft -- optionally use "Draft with AI" to generate a detailed system prompt
- System Access -- optionally grant access to connected systems during creation
- Click Hire Specialist to confirm
The specialist appears in the Team Directory with action buttons.
What Makes Each Specialist Unique
Every specialist inherits the full company knowledge base automatically -- the profile, the flows, the departments, the knowledge map, the decision rights. What makes each one different is their role, their expertise, and which tools they can access.
A specialist assigned to your finance department knows your financial reporting tools, your approval thresholds, and your budget workflows. A specialist assigned to operations knows your store performance metrics, your supply chain systems, and your escalation procedures.

| Edit | Modify the specialist's name, department, and configuration |
