  • CC them on a thread -- Loop them into an email chain. They pick up the context and contribute when it's relevant.

Quick access to your specialists from your phone:

  • WhatsApp a request -- "Need the overdue invoices list before my 2pm meeting" Your finance specialist pulls it and sends it back.
  • Real-time responses through the full AI pipeline
  • Accessible from any device

How It Works Behind the Scenes

Email and WhatsApp messages arrive via inbound webhooks. When a message hits the webhook:

  1. The system identifies which specialist it's addressed to
  2. The specialist receives the message as a task
  3. The full pipeline runs -- planning, execution, review, fact-checking
  4. The verified response goes back through the same channel it came in on

Your team doesn't need to know any of this. They just send a message and get an answer.
